Michelle Ford is co-owner and broker of Desert Property Group. With a diverse background in all aspects of real estate development, leasing and property management, she is a licensed broker and also holds a property management permit for the state of Nevada. She is responsible for the overall management of the company as well as property management services for commercial and residential properties.

Ford previously served as a commercial property manager at JB Management in Sacramento, Calif. Her responsibilities included managing 3 million square feet of commercial and industrial space.  Ford also formerly served as a realtor and property manager at Western Property Group in San Jose, Calif.

Ford is a member of the Multiple Listing Service, the National Association of Realtors, Nevada Association of REALTORS® and the Greater Las Vegas Association of REALTORS®. She earned a Bachelor of Science in business administration with an emphasis in marketing from California State University in Chico, Calif.

Nicole Ford-Munoz is co-owner and broker of Desert Property Group. Responsible for the overall management of the company as well as property management services for commercial and residential properties, she has been a licensed broker since 2000 and holds a property management permit for the state of Nevada.

Munoz previously served as a property manager and real estate broker for the group’s sister firm, San Jose, Calif.-based Western Property Group. She was responsible for sales, leasing and management of the firm’s residential and commercial client properties.

Munoz is a licensed broker in Nevada and California, holding a property management permit with the State of Nevada. She is a member of the Multiple Listing Service, the National Association of Realtors® and the Greater Las Vegas Association of REALTORS®. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in communications from California State University in Chico, Calif.
